At Skyline House, the dining room is set up for the latter. A solid oak table seats ten comfortably, paired with high-backed upholstered chairs that make lingering over a long dinner feel entirely natural. Industrial-style pendant lights hang above, adding warmth without distracting from the real centrepiece — the view.

Floor-to-ceiling windows frame an uninterrupted panorama of treetops, countryside, and coastline, so whether you’re sitting down to a celebration dinner or a lazy Sunday breakfast, the scenery does something to every meal that no restaurant can quite replicate.

The bi-fold doors open directly onto the wraparound balcony, letting the outside in on warmer evenings — perfect for pre-dinner drinks as the sun drops over the sea, or coffee as the morning mist lifts across the forest below.
